6. Call Recording and Quality Assurance
To ensure compliance, training, and quality of service, Consumer Clever may monitor or record inbound and outbound telephone calls. Recordings are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill their purpose, typically not longer than 24 months, unless required for dispute resolution, auditing, or compliance. By communicating with our agents, you acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and recording where permitted by law.
7. Payment Information and PCI Compliance
If you make a purchase or enroll in a service through Consumer Clever or its marketing partners, payments are always processed by PCI-DSS-certified third-party payment processors. Consumer Clever does not store or have access to full payment card numbers or CVV codes. Only masked card data (e.g., last four digits) may be retained, if any, for recordkeeping and customer service purposes. All transmission of payment information is encrypted, and Consumer Clever maintains safeguards consistent with PCI DSS standards.
8. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, personalize content, analyze traffic, and deliver targeted advertising.

From time to time, Consumer Clever LLC and/or its marketing partners may offer sweepstakes, rewards, or promotional incentives in exchange for personal information. Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw from any incentive program at any time without penalty by contacting privacy@consumerclever.com.
